Carolyn is passionate about fitness and wellbeing and heads her own PR company representing a team of inspiring experts from many different genres including yoga, nutrition, skincare, family wellbeing, menopause to name a few.
Her previous journalistic and broadcasting experience together with the knowledge she has gained in the fitness arena has given her the experience to promote her passion both for her clients and her own presenting career.
Carolyn was a journalist for Marie Claire Magazine, a presenter on MTV and Current TV and has had a successful career in broadcasting interviewing some of the biggest names in showbiz including Dame Barbara Windsor, Sir Nick Hewer, James Martin, and Blur's Alex James.
As a voice artist, Carolyn has represented many lifestyle brands including hosting pre recorded interviews for radio with Strictly's Len Goodman, to launch Remember A Charity Week 2019 and TV stylist Gok Wann on behalf of labels for less retailer TK MAXX.
As a teenage actress She trained at IDSA and was invited to join the National Youth Theatre. After receiving several awards for her stage work, Carolyn was cast as TV 'bad girl' Sarah James in Channel 5's teen series, Harry and Cosh. She was also a member of the UK Girl band The 411 who had 5 major global hits. Other more recent acting roles include the U.S feature film The Islander and as key cast in award winning film maker Nicole Albarelli's new short, DUST.
